14th Design [accidental video]

[The camera clicks on into a semi-dark bedroom. The early morning sun shines weakly through curtains and blinds to show a bed, covers all askew. An alarm goes off and the covers move as whoever is underneath them starts to slide out of bed...

...and falls to the floor with a surprised bark.

From the far edge of the bed, the head of adog and blinks a few times. A paw is clumsily set on top of the covers and he looks at it, eyes wide.

With the alarm still going off in the distance, you can just hear a soft whine as the dog looks at his paw again, and then over to the alarm clock.

It's going to be a very long day.]

[ooc: We're just going to assume that all three of the dog icons are of the same dog, mmmkay? They're close matches but not perfect. Today Cinna is an Italian Greyhound which is like a "toy" version of a normal greyhound. He's about 20 inches tall at the shoulder and weighs about 18lbs.

Apartment-mates can probably hear the alarm (if they're not cursed themselves) and action for them is welcome. Heck, if anyone wants to action something out he will be walking around the City later in the day. Just because he's a dog doesn't mean he can't go check on construction at the shop. Anyone else will have to be video.

Also, I'll tag when I get back this afternoon, I just wanted to get this up now.]

[He jumps up on the sofa and circles twice before sitting down, waiting for her to join him. He jumps off once to paw at the small television, turning it on to whatever dvd had been left in the player before heading back to the sofa.]

[A snort, a very unladylike one, comes from Angela as she watches him turns around just like an actual dog would do before finding his sweet spot on the couch. The television's on, and a DVD Angela doesn't recognize is playing--there's nothing much more she needs to do but take off her shoes and join him.]

Come here. [Angela lies back and waves her hand for him to lay on top of her.] You know you want to.

[Can a dog show mock indignation? If so, this is what it looks like. Complete with a poor, pity, me whine. Still, he doesn't hesitate to make himself comfortable with a little tail wag and a short lick of her cheek for good measure.

What's the use of being stuck in this form if he couldn't enjoy it a little?]

[A dog certainly can and Angela certainly catches that look, but yet he's still curling up to her. Even as a dog, a man is the same as usual. But a man will never get this intense rubbing of his ears between her fingertips.]

Be careful. I'll make you sleep on the floor.

[He gives Angela a slight whimper, although his tail is nothing but happy at the scratches.]

Mmhmm.

[Her voice is sound rather sleepy at the moment; the couch is comfortable and Cinna is warm like a four legged blanket. Add that with it barely being morning and Angela not being the world's best morning person, it was only a matter of time.]

I know you're probably concerned about them walking on us, but I really don't want to move. You can't make me.

[Cinna yawns, careful to avoid breathing on her and licks at her hand. It's okay, Angela, he's not going anywhere either. In case you hadn't noticed, he rather likes sleeping with you. Twisting a little to mold his shape to hers, he closes his eyes, his tail giving a final thump or two.]

I'll take that as agreement.

[Taking it as anything else might require Angela to open her eyes and that's way too much work when she's already half asleep. She likes sleeping with you too, Cinna. Very much.]
