[Charlie enters the store some point after noon. She has a Gift Certificate from Rose in her hand and figured it was about time to use it. She also told Cinna at the affair at City Solutions that she'd show up soon and here she was. Feeling just flat out awkward and refusing to show it. Considering she never used her money for anything other than stuff for the house, she hoped she had enough to get something amazing. She'll take some time to look at everything before seeking assistance.]
